Refund & Cancellation Policy

At SIAM – Sannidhya Institute of Ayurved Medicine, we aim to ensure transparency and fairness. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made via Razorpay.

1. Course / Program / Service Fees

Refunds are generally not applicable once a course, consultation, event registration, or digital service is purchased. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional cases, including:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Payment deducted but transaction failed (technical failure)
  • Service not delivered due to a system error attributable to SIAM

2. Cancellation Requests

To request a cancellation (where applicable), please email us at support@sannidhyaayurved.com with the following:

  • Registered name and phone/email
  • Transaction ID / Payment reference
  • Reason for the request

3. Refund Processing Timeline

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used through Razorpay.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloaded or accessed digital content
  • Workshops or sessions already attended (fully or partially)
  • Services already rendered

5. Chargebacks / Disputes

In case a chargeback is raised through Razorpay or the issuing bank, SIAM reserves the right to investigate and respond with relevant evidence including service delivery logs, communication history, and usage/access records.
