Welcome to SIAM – Sannidhya Institute of Ayurved Medicine (“SIAM”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Offered

SIAM may provide, including but not limited to:

• Ayurvedic education, consultations, courses, and programs
• Digital learning materials and wellness services
• Event registrations, workshops, and related offerings

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

2. User Eligibility

• You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under parent/guardian supervision.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when required.

3. Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
• We do not store card/UPI credentials on our servers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content including text, graphics, videos, logos, and course materials are the intellectual property of SIAM and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Use

• Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data
• Uploading malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Misrepresenting identity or using the platform for fraudulent activity

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms is identified.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maharashtra, India.
